Jamone Burn Victim of HWC

My 11 year old daughter Jamoneisha left our home to attend a sleepover with a few friends on Sunday night. What should've been a fun and memorable experience for her turned into a nightmare! Monday morning her so called "friends" decided to do the "HOT WATER CHALLENGE" on her and poured boiling hot water onto my unsuspecting daughter's face while she was asleep.  She suffered 2nd degree burns to her face, neck, shoulders and chest that are so severe the doctors will not let her look at her injuries. 

The emotional & physical pain my daughter is going through is something that no parent would want to bare witness to. My heart aches for the moment she has to look in the mirror at what these cruel individuals have done to her.

I come to all of you as humbly as I possibly can to ask for your help in this tragedy and to assist my family in dealing with the aftermath of this horrific crime as we were unprepared to deal with all of the costs that will be incurred for my daughter to make a full recovery. Besides initial hospital bills, there is also the possibility that multiple skin graphs, plastic surgery & miscellaneous hospital visits will be needed. We also want to make sure that she attends counseling to make sure we heal her insides as well as her outside.

I know we have a long road ahead of us but we feel blessed that our baby girl is still here & in good spirits. We want thank all of you for any & all donations we receive on behalf of Jamone.  And THANK YOU for taking the time out to read our story.
