My name is Terri Dorman, and along with Debbie Dorman, we are asking for your generous support.
Our niece Janda Northcutt Hinchliffe has had AML Leukemia for a year and half. She needs your help with living expenses while she waits for her disability to be approved. Of course she also has huge medical bills but this is our main priority right now.

Her story
Janda Hinchliffe has been battling AML Leukemia since November of 2020. When she was diagnosed with cancer she was immediately admitted to MD Anderson in Houston.
Janda’s service dog Journey
Because of Covid she had to endure her treatments alone and that was very hard on her and her family. Her amazing sons Robert and Jaedon are Janda’s joy and strength. She also has a grandson, Robert’s son, whose first year of life she has missed because of leukemia and the threat of COVID.
After months of grueling chemo, blood transfusions and the stress of waiting to find a donor, she received a stem cell transplant in July of 2021.
In the year since, Janda has been fighting Graft vs Host Disease, GvHD, and severe infections that are very resistant to treatment.
A single mom, Janda is the sole provider for herself and her 20-year-old son Jaedon. He has put college on hold to be his mom’s caregiver while also driving her to and from MD Anderson for her weekly appointments and on-going treatments. (Robert is working full time and has a young family to care for.)
Throughout her battle Janda has fought long and hard to keep working. She no longer has the strength or energy to continue to both work and fight this dreadful disease.
Janda who is fiercely independent has reluctantly applied for disability. It will take 3-4 months before she will receive her first disability check. During that time she will be without income.
Our hope is that your financial support will free Janda from additional stress as she continues to fight leukemia.
