Jane Bartell's Medical Expenses

Dear friends and family near and far. I am writing to you on behalf of our dear friend Jane Ann Bartell. On April 20, 2021 Jane was told by her Doctor she had a mass on her colon and her entire colon would have to be removed as soon as possible. Her first of several surgeries is scheduled for June 10, 2021. Recovery for Jane will take at least a year.
Several years ago Jane had some serious autoimmune health struggles that took a great deal to overcome. It took her over a year to relearn how to walk, talk, eat, type, write and ultimately dance again. With all the struggles and hard times paid off with survival - to continue to be a wife, mom, grandmom (GiGi), aunt, dance teacher and friend.
When Covid hit back in March 2020 Jane was teaching dance at 5 different studios in Las Vegas.. In her own words, "I truly love passing the joy of dance onto my students. I did my best to stay safe and so I zoomed from home. I took extra precautions due to the fact that I have 6 autoimmune diseases. And as you can imagine, that requires a lifetime of numerous medications."
Once she was fully vaccinated this spring, she was able to make an appointment for her regular colonoscopy check up. It was then that her Dr. found a mass. Things have moved rather quickly since that day.
I have known Jane for over 30 years . Jane has always been a hard worker, provider and giver. She is a loving wife . She has 3 beautiful children and 3 grand children that she cherishes. Jane has always been there for her family and friends when in need. Jane is well known among the theatre community and considers these all her extended family: The Radio City Rockettes, Finnan "femmes" Japan, 42nd ST. National touring companies, A Chorus Line Companies, Hershey Park, Gateway Playhouse, and all of her dance studios in and out of Las Vegas. This is our time to help Jane and give our love and support.
There will be a tremendous amount of medical bills, and physical rehabilitation that she will need our help with . Most of all Jane needs our prayers.
