Celebrating the life of Janeane Wilcox

Hello, my name is Dasia. January 21st 2024, at 4:25am our dear mother transitioned. It was so sudden and unexpected that we didn’t have any financial support in place for this tragic event. Janeane was 46 years old and she leaves behind 5 daughters and 4 grandchildren who she loved sooooo much. Everyone who knew our mother knew her for her sweetheart and big bright energy and imagination. She would light up any space she entered, she would help uplift and motivate everybody she came in contact with. Growing up for our mom wasn’t the easiest, she lost her mother at the age of 4 years old. Growing up without a mother led my mother to lean on individuals she met throughout life and once she considered you family, you were FAMILY and she would be there for you at anytime. Our mother raised awareness for sexual assault and abuse due to the things she faced being a young single mother of 5 girls. She enjoyed writing poetry, creating art, sewing outfits, creating music and meditating. Our mother craved and desired peace and love more than anything. Please help us give her a peaceful and love filled home going as she truly deserves.
