First I would like to say I give thanks to everyone who has reached out to my family and myself, prayed, come to see me (tried to come) etc. GOD IS GOOD..:. Ok here we go in order with these pictures… As many of my “Facebook Fam” know I’ve been kicking Lupus Ass for the last 18 years of my life, had a successful kidney transplant March 2016 only for me to catch THE VID in December of 2019, which caused my transplanted kidney to reject due to dehydration…. 2020 we (MY A Team) and I was back and fourth to OSU until they finally told me I had to get back on dialysis So unfortunately/fortunately i was able to do peritoneal dialysis which is a form of dialysis that I had to do EVERYDAY for 9 hours 2/2021!!!! Fast forward after almost a year of doing that I had 4 infections in my stomach which caused me to have to stop that form and begins Hemo dialysis which is 3x a week for 3.5 hours!!!! yuppppp so here we go November 16,2022 first surgery went in to have a catheter placed in my chest (that goes DIRECTLY into my ♥️)That surgery went well sooooo yeah depression start kicking in when I went to my first treatment because Hell I know what I went through the last time on Hemo before my transplant (read those details in my upcoming book) 4 days later I had to go BACK into surgery to have another procedure ‍♀️ Get a phone call to tell me I have to have surgery #3 to remove the placement in my stomach!!!! So yeah that 3 surgeries back to back (all that anesthesia on the120lbs body) oh yeah forgot to mention how small I’ve gotten due to me being sick!!!! Picture 4 is just me being my goofy self in dialysis staying positive in this Situation!!! as I said I was diagnosed with lupus at 24 as a result of my mother transitioning, 11/26/2003…. 11/26/2022 as I was laying in the bed I found myself struggling to breathe so I went to the hospital (unconsciously drove myself) speed forward by the time my hubby Dre Dirk Booker, my daddy Willie Berry and Nsu BO Tamaria Hobson I was completely out of it!!!! my lungs filled up with water I was breathing 66 breathes per minute and in critical condition!!!! I was drowning on my own secretions!!!’ I was put on a vent ️ for 3 days in icu Kym David I would like to also give a special thank you for EVERYTHING you did(read in my book ) From my understanding I was really combative but that wasn’t it I was fighting for that last picture love… My husband My dad And my children are the real MVP!!!! I went I to respiratory/heart failure…. But MY God said I wasn’t done getting on a few people’s nerves in this crazy world…. As Whoopi said in the color purple, I’m po, BLACK, I may even be ugly Lord BUT IM HERE!!!! Lord I’m here and I’m home in my own bed breathing with only a little bit of wheezing
