Janet Griffin Memorial

Janet Leigh Griffin of Eldorado, Illinois went to be with her lord and savior the morning of Monday, August 30th 2021. She was the loving wife of Kenny Griffin, fabulous mother of Kyle Griffin and best granny in the world to Ava Grace & Vivian Jade.

Janet was known around the community for her huge heart and willingness to help and care. She lived everyday doing what she loved with people that she loved and cared about.

This fundraiser is being set up exclusively to be used in lieu of flowers or other material gifts. While my mom thought GoFundMe’s were cheesy, I’ve had a ton of support and people asking to buy flowers, send meals, or donate. Please use this outlet to do those things and understand this money will be used for appropriate expenses from her passing. Janets wishes will be honored and she will be cremated, there will be a memorial service held for her at Little Chapel Church sometime in October - more details to come.

I will let it be known, Janet died from complications of Covid-19. She fought a hard battle but the effects of the sickness caused other problems that were too much.
