Janet Needs Our Help: Her fight continues
Donation protected
Merry Christmas everyone! Janet is receiving hospice services at home and is still being denied disability benefits. Your kindness and generosity was beyond anything we could ever have imagined! We thank you so much for every single kind word and donation. You truly lifted her spirits and helped her these last few months. Unfortunately, the bills continue to pour in and benefits are at a standstill. The latest denial stated she could work light duty, climb up ladders, lift 20 lbs occasionally, and 10 lbs frequently. Meanwhile in the real world, my mom spends her days lying on the couch with a heating pad on her tummy with her new weighted stuffed animal gifted by her granddaughters crying out in pain. In the real world, the suffering is immense and the bills do not end.
If you have it in your heart and budget, I once again come to you to ask for help for my beautiful mother, Janet. I am fighting the good fight to help her get the benefits that are rightfully hers and I will never stop. We need help in a big way and so do so many other people. Please lift my family and mother up in prayer for a miracle, for relief, and for peace.
Thank you all for your love and support
Janet Jackson Spaulding - 61 years young.
My mom and Katy High School Alumni, Janet Jackson Spaulding, is losing her battle with Polycystic Kidney Disease. Janet is not a candidate for a Kidney Transplant or Dialysis due to other health issues and she now has hospice helping her be more comfortable and receive the resources that are much needed.
We are doing this on behalf of Janet and Richard Spaulding. As many Americans know, it only takes one significant illness to knock you off your feet in this current economy. Janet has struggled with health issues for many years and has now begun hospice as she is entering End Stage Renal Disease.
Janet is unable to collect her Social Security Disability because of the broken laws through the government and she needs to prove she’s unable to work. There is no possible way she can, and it’s been since last September that she applied and has been denied multiple times since. Now she’s fighting with a Social Security Lawyer to try to get the benefits that she has paid into Social Security her entire life since age 15. A year later after attempting to prove she cannot work, she has been denied yet again just as she’s entering hospice and clearly unable to work.
We do not know the life expectancy of my mom, but we do know the bills are still coming when you run out of your 401K and savings. Where do you go, what do you do?
Please, if you can donate anything to help her and her husband meet their life challenges through this very difficult time, it would mean so very much!
I will keep y’all updated to see if we can get some financial assistance and thank you kindly for your generous support. Let’s show Janet some love during this incredibly challenging time in her life.
God bless you and thank you again!
