The Onyejekwe family is devastated to report that Janet Olushola Ifeanyi Onyejekwe has unexpectedly passed on 5/9/2023. We would like to thank everyone who assisted with the search efforts for Janet. We truly appreciate your support and assistance. Janet was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, and friend. She always carried around a beautiful smile wherever she went.
Janet grew up in Providence. She was baptized in Ebenezer baptist church. She attended Veazie Street Elementary School, Nathaniel Green Middle School, Central High School, and the MET. She loved modeling and styling hair. She will be greatly missed.
Janet is survived by her father Christopher Onyejekwe Sr., her mother Elizabeth Iyabo Mogaji, stepmother Theodora Onyejekwe; siblings Christopher Ifeatu Onyejekwe Jr., Geraldine Ifeoma Onyejekwe-Fahnbulleh, Felix Bamidele Menkiti Onyejekwe, Collette Chinwe Onyejekwe, and Christine Oluwafemi Azuka Onyejekwe-Carter; children Umajisty Obiora Onyejekwe and Intisar Ifeoma Onyejekwe; nieces and nephews Deja Nwadia Onyejekwe-Turay, Isaac Pernell Chukwuemeka Onyejekwe, Josiah Emeka Onyejekwe, Mya Michelle Jackson, Omyra Adara Jim-Onyejekwe, Milan Olushola Onyejekwe, Kairo Eugene Bukunoiu Carter, Marcus Tesan Marton-Fahnbulleh, Eliyas Edward Ifeatu Carter, Mateo Samuel Fahnbulleh, Malaysia November Onyejekwe, Nathanial Christopher Oluwaibu Carter, and Courtland Kyler Oluwatosin Carter.
