Janet Scully Hurricane Support

Jan (my mother) has lost her home, transportation, and all of her belongings.

Living in Florida has truly been her paradise since arriving there. She found her home and peace residing on Sanibel island. This is her third hurricane on the island that she has survived. However, hurricane Ian has taken everything she had.

She has always put everyone before her own well-being, including when she was boarding up and taking care of her friend's homes before she even thought about taking care of herself. In doing so, she was not entirely prepared, and hurricane Ian got the better of her.

She is now stranded at a friend's house in Fort Myers with nowhere to go. We hope to raise $5,000 to $10,000, so she can get the food, clothing, shelter and transportation that she desperately needs while she tries to start her journey into an unexpected new life.

She is in Florida without any family. On her behalf, we are working around the clock to ensure she is taken care of.
