Japan photography retreat

My goal is to receive funding for a two month photojournalist retreat in Japan. The project is to capture the details, beauty, and life in Japan for the purpose of developing a photography book on my journey over two months finding and bettering myself in the process. The book will be published in limited run and also available for E-Download once completed.
My name is Ian I am a Boston based Photographer.
Raised in a family with backgrounds in painting, sculpting, building, and visual arts i have an eye for creative and unique perspectives for what i photograph.
Active in the Photography and Video fields for over 15 years
i specialize in Landscape and natural light portraits.
there isn't a form or media that i will not tackle and put my unique views into.
I have used cameras of all makes and models.
from single use disposable, Kodak instant, and Canon DSLR cameras, and now the modern Full frame mirrorless Sony a7RIII.
Funding will be used on
•Travel to and from Japan
•Lodging while in Japan
•Book publishing and digital posting once trip is complete
