God has another angel in heaven. Jared Dale Bratcher.

To know Jared was to love him. Family was everything to Jared. He was an exceptionally generous soul, selfless, passionate and fun-loving friend to all. His smile and laugh were simply infectious.

For 16 years, Jared worked for the Owensboro Daviess County Convention and Visitors Bureau, as the Sports Marketing Director. He was a founding member of TEAMKY, an organization that promotes all sports throughout Kentucky. Jared was also responsible for helping Owensboro, KY receive recognition in the 2017 edition of Sports Illustrated as one of the best sports cities in Kentucky. He brought the first NSA World Series 2003 to Owensboro and continued every year to promote sports tourism. Jared was inducted into the NSA/BPA Hall of Fame in 2012. He was instrumental in the success of sports tourism, developing and promoting new sports events and was an exceptional ambassador for Owensboro, KY.

The impact Jared's life and work had on countless individuals, teams, organizations, Owensboro and the state of Kentucky is simply impossible to quantify.
