Jared MacLean

On Sunday, November 17th, the world lost an amazing man. We are deeply devastated over the loss of a good friend, brother, and mentor to many, Jared Maclean.

Jared was a beautiful soul. To know Jared was to love him. Whether it was on the tennis court or in the classroom, Jared never failed to put a smile on the faces of those around him. Jared had one of those personalities that linger in people's thoughts. His smile was contagious, his kindness was undeserving, and his friendship was cherishable.

From a young age, the name Jared MacLean had an impact on so many lives. He had become a true role model for tennis players of all ages. For those who had the privilege of watching his tennis career flourish, you would know that he was always a true fighter. He was a player who was disciplined, resilient, and most importantly, fair.

These attributes of his were not just left on the tennis court. Jared put his heart into everything he did and had accomplished so much by the age of 24.

We are grateful for the kindness and roles of everyone who has played positively into his life. We knew that Jared was loved by so many.

The proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the expenses of Jared’s Celebration of Life, with the remainder going towards a charity in his honour. Please help us honour the amazing man he is, and celebrate the beautiful life he lived.
