Jarret & Gina's 4x4x48 Challenge

Jarret & I are doing something crazy... David Goggins, former Navy Seal and ultra marathon runner, hosts an annual challenge called the 4x4x48.  The goal is to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours straight.  The purpose is to push yourself physically and mentally and discover just how much we are capable of.  Goggins uses the challenge to raise money for charities and encourages competitors to do the same for causes they care about.

As Goggins is a veteran and Jarret and I both have multiple veterans in our family who have served both at home and far away, we chose Wounded Warriors Family Support as our charity.

Wounded Warriors Family Support is a national military organization that serves hundreds of military families in all 50 states, Puerto Rico and Guam. Their mission is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations.  Learn more about them here: https://www.wwfs.org/
