Hello, I am Jennie Olguin. I met this young man who touched my heart and is now in need of help both with prayers and his family financially. I received this from Jarrets dad this morning:

Hello, my son's name is Jarrett Lucero my name is Edgar Benavidez he has been hospitalized ever since June 24th, 2023. This all started after a tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy was done on June 14, 2023, he stayed in the hospital for 2 days and then was deemed ok to go home.

About 9 days after surgery unbeknownst to me while he slept 2 of the stitches came undone due to his snoring and began bleeding into his stomach the next morning he was throwing up and I called an ambulance and we have been here ever since.

As of the evening of 6/24/23, my son has had a total of 3 ( 6/24, 7/15 & 7/21) surgeries by E.N.T. to repair bleeding issue from the tonsillectomy area, including on 7/21/23 to do a tracheostomy.

As well as a separate procedure in his room to install a Central Venous Catheter (CVC) for dialysis on 6/26/23.

Now yesterday Tuesday 7/25/23 they took him to nuclear Medicine to do a fluoroscopy imaging but that was unclear to locate the bleeding area in his throat, finally the same afternoon Neuro science surgical staff came by with a plan to do surgery going through the artery from in waist area upto his next area and they managed to locate one major area of bleeding so they placed a coil on the tube and hopefully it will clot and stop bleeding from inside the vessel.

So hopefully this will be his last surgery.
