Help my baby girl earn money for the 1st time. To be apart of a awesome program she was picked to be in., In school. My beautiful 7th grader. I’ve never done this before y’all. So plz dnt mind if it’s not perfect.

P.S. she was interviewed by 3 teachers for this program. Had to go in depth on why she should be picked. But this what she wrote and then was picked and so on and so forth.

In this program she will be able to have a tutor! 1on1….
She will travel with others around the greater WA area to learn an explore the different types of cultures and foods. With a small introduction of what they have picked up at that point so they can interact with others! and there’s so much more to it! She’s beyond stocked to be apart of this!

Thanks for reading and supporting Jazz on her cool new journey.

Goal is 500$ momma got the 150$

My name is Jasmina Kevac-Combs. I was born in Mesa, Arizona 2010. I am currently 12 years old.
My 1st goal in seventh grade is to begin to learn a international language. Which is Korean. That seems to be becoming popular, more known, and overall used more around the world. I did some research and in high school the one I would be attending is “SkyLine high” they offer a variety of languages. I can be part of these classes and stay successful by keeping all my grades to a B+ and higher while participating.
I love to read, draw, and play/ listen to music. Which all combined is part of the reason why I want to learn, I feel like will fit in just perfectly. I would love to practice reading and speaking a different language not only listen to music but being able to go to a concert and know what there saying without captions. And maybe even meet them one day.
My dream would be to fly out to Korea one day and stay there for 6 months or longer if I am able. But also to be able to use the skills I’ve learned and learn how to use it in real life and actually interact with people not only comfortable but the proper way.
My goal is to go to U-Dub university, in Seattle, WA. I’ve already did my research on that too. They offer the variety of languages as SkyLine does, but so much more in depth. I am more than ready and more then confident to learn this language knowing it will all pay off in the end and I will be able to complete the things I have always been wanting to do.
To conclude this I already began to pick up some of the language catching some things I hear over and over again and knowing what they mean I do that by listening to music (previously said) and watch shows using the same language and partially the slang used more often as well as I have been attempting to read books. I am honored to be picked for this program as this is once in a life time opportunity for me right now.

Thank you,
Jasmina Kevac
