We are fundraising to provide support for Jason's family. We do not have any goal in mind just wanted people to have a way to help the family. Any assistance provided will go directly toward the care of Jason’s mother, Brenda Brady, and grandfather James Passman. This is a role that Jason had been graciously filling for several years. Jason's death leaves a giant hole in so many lives.
Jason Andrew Brady, 45, of Troy, was freed of his earthly shell and went home to Glory on October 21, 2023, at his home. Jason was born in Southfield, Michigan on August 23, 1978, to Darrel Brady and Brenda (Passman) Brady. He graduated from Southfield Christian High School in 1996 followed by the University of Michigan Dearborn in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Management).
He is survived by his mother Brenda (Passman) Brady, sister Melissa (Domenic) Passalacqua, nephews Oliver and Jameson, and many beloved aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Darrel Brady.
Jason had a passion for people. He truly loved everyone. He accepted with joy the need to support and care for his mother and grandfather (James Passman). Jason remained a constant altruistic presence for his sister and brother-in-law. Any time they called for help, whether it by applying for college financial aid, for extra hands through multiple moves or a fun distraction for his nephews, Jason showed up. His passion for the Lord drove him to lead others in worship as he led at Woodside Bible Church's Lighthouse ministry for over seven years. Jason also served as the Worship Arts Director at Highland Congregational Church, Grace Chapel, and Stone Ridge Church. His most current passion was helping others with their healthcare needs working as an insurance agent at Sunnyside Medicare.
Visitation and Celebration of Life will be at held at Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester Rd, Troy, MI 48085 on Monday November 6th. Visitation will start at 9:00am followed by the service at 11:00am. A luncheon will be provided by Woodside Bible Church immediately following the service.
