This fundraiser was made on behalf of Jays loving & endlessly supportive mom, Denise Bosak. We are hoping to help take some of the financial burden off of her shoulders during this unexpected & devastating time. Anything helps! All funds raised here will go directly to funeral services for Jay and anything leftover will go to Denise to assist her while she takes time off of work to grieve her son.

Jason Paul Bosak (Jay Blakka), born May 8, 1987, 35 years young of Berlin NJ, passed away suddenly on June 25, 2022. Beloved son of Denise Bosak. Loving grandson of Paul and Beatrice Bosak “Mom Mom and Pop Pop”. Dear nephew of Diana Ellery (Mike) and Paul Bosak (Amber) and godson of Paul and Theresa Siderio. Also survived by many cousins and friends spanning Berlin NJ, southern Florida and Austin TX.

Jason was a unique, charismatic, wild and crazy guy who lived hard and enjoyed life to the fullest. He was caring and had a huge heart that touched many lives. He was a talented artist and writer, keeping journals and sketchbooks documenting his life through poems, illustrations and prayer. He loved cats, guns, working out at the gym, MMA/Jiu-Jitsu and watching UFC fights. Music was his sanity.
