Jason Brock Memorial Fund

Donation protected
On May 18th we lost our dear dad and husband Jason Brock at the young age of 49. Jason spent 3 weeks in the hospital before coming home under hospice care. He passed away peacefully surrounded by family and lots of love.

Jason was a man who cared deeply for those he loved, especially his wife Shelley, his two children Ashley and Jake, his grandsons Connor and Reid, and his dog and best buddy Buck. Jason loved riding motocross and turned his lifelong passion into a career. Jason worked at Open Air Powersports in Sycamore for many years. With all of his customers support, in October 2013, he and his wife Shelley bought the business and moved to DeKalb. Everyone Jason knew became his friend, not his clients, colleagues or competitors. His presence will be missed immensely.

Being self-employed, Jason did not have sufficient insurance to cover his hospital and funeral expenses. With Jason being the primary mechanic Open Air Powersports will be closing leaving Shelley without an income. Any donations will be used for Jason’s after life preparation expenses, memorial expenses, hospital bills and living expenses for Shelley. We appreciate anything you can do to help.
