Jason Cornell Memorial Fund

Jason left this world unexpectedly on May 13th, and we would like to shower his family with love and support. Please take a moment to donate to Jason's memorial fund, which will go directly to his wife, Kristi. This will help her and her children as they deal with all the logistics of medical bills and other anticipated expenses.
Jason was a gentle soul with a genuine nature and giving heart. He never knew a stranger--he was truly kind to everyone he ever met. He was a wonderful man, father and husband who met all people with his trademark smile.

"Those who knew Jason Cornell best know that he had a huge heart, was funny and fun-loving, loved his family deeply, was slow to judge, quick to help, was patient, and kind to all. Many of us struggle to always have a great attitude and a kind and loving spirit, yet that kindness and gentleness emanated from Jason throughout his entire life. Jason was also a strong man who was great with his hands, mechanical, smart, and artistic. He was quick with a joke and would lighten up any room he was in. He took care of his family and his home, and he left all of us far too suddenly, especially his wife Kristi and his young son Corbin and daughter Keeley.
As his family struggles with the emotional burdens of losing such a great man and father, we his friends feel it’s so important for us to come alongside them during this difficult time and provide any support we can. They need time — time to process it all, time to remember, time to heal, and time to get their feet firmly planted again. To give them that time, we would like to eliminate anything that might burden them further, and during times like these, financial burdens can be as great as anything.
We ask that if your heart is so moved, that you would consider donating to this fund to help his wife and children with the resources to take care of the things they need to, and get some help moving on into this next chapter of their lives. It’s never easy to lose someone that is so special, but he was taken much to early and he leaves a family that needs us to be as kind and generous as we know he would have been for us.
