Hi my name is Jason I would like to share my story with you all as I am seriously Ill waiting for a full lung transplant from a disease called tellomears disease a genetic disease that caused my fibrosis or scaring of my lungs which makes it hard to breath and makes me short of breath .I’ve had to resign from my job as a truck driver which  I really loved doing. It’s been a huge impact on my life and my wife and family. My wife is now my full time carer and the hospital I need to travel to for appointments and checkups and rehabilitation and for my wife to travel to when I will b in hospital having surgery and recovery is 1 hour and half away from where I live and our car is old and can not make the trips that will b needed we have never had a new car because we have always lived on one wage now we are on benifits and can’t afford another car so I’m raising money to purchase another car so we will b able to travel to hospital and other appointments without worrying wether or not we will make it there I can only hope that this will be achieved so I will have peace of mind knowing my wife and I will b ok in our travels
