Help Jason and replace DJ equipment after fire

Hello, my name is Ramat, and I am reaching out and creating this Go Fund Me on behalf of my little brother Jason (Jeremy). This past Saturday, I received a call from my brother stating that he was pulling up from work and that his home was on fire. Upon my arrival, the fire department was still taking measures to extinguish the fire that engulfed his home.

I am thankful that no one was hurt in this house fire, but everything was lost.

Once the fire department left and returned to do more investigation, it was discovered that this was an intentional act of arson, as a ladder and gas can were recovered by investigators. The only things my brother could grab at the back of the burnt-out frame of the home were a few of his CDs. Within hours, a juvenile suspect was located in the area with my brother's belongings. This saddened us all to know that someone would intentionally destroy someone else's home and belongings and that this was a terrible path on which the child was headed down. We are all honestly distraught on a few levels.

However, we are thankful that family and friends have rallied around my brother to help him in his time of need. Many know that Jason (Jeremy) is an avid lover of music and a DJ. All his equipment was lost in the fire, preventing him from taking on jobs to further his craft and pay his bills. The fact that music was the only thing he could recover from this fire speaks volumes, and we believe in his passion and talent for Djing and want to help him regain some sense of normalcy after dealing with such a devastating loss.

After spending time and pouring into my brother, we are all thankful to see him in better spirits in understanding that this situation is temporary, and we are all here with him on this journey of rebuilding—bit by bit.
