Jason Gutkowski Medical Bill Fundraiser

Hello my name is Dan Colucci and I am a high school teacher and baseball coach at Lake Park High School. I am helping raise funds for 2021 graduate and baseball player Jason Gutkowski. Jason was recently in a terrible auto accident while on his way back to Augustana College. He hit an object in the road, rolled his car multiple times, and was hit by 3 other cars. Jason was airlifted to a local hospital and has multiple fractured vertebrae as well as other injuries. Jason is a collegiate baseball player and has played at Harper College and is currently a pitcher at Augustana. Jason is a hard working and motivated athlete and will come back as strong as ever. Jason is on the road to recovery but his family will be burdened with quite a heavy load of hospital and recovery bills. I am confident that the baseball communities of Lake Park High School, Harper College, and Augustana College will step up to help this hard working young man and his family. Any amount helps.
