Jason Haar & Family Support

Hello, My name is Ashley and I am Jason’s youngest sister. Jason was involved in a car accident early Friday morning (January 12, 2024) on his way to work. This resulted in a collapsed lung, a few broken ribs, light heart trauma, a contusion, elbow/wrist/hand complications and a helicopter ride to Aberdeen, SD. Jason’s oldest daughter & I have decided to set up a go fund me simply because Jason is the sole provider of his household and healing is going to take quite a bit of time. Jason is a loving husband, father of 9, grandpa to 2, and the best uncle & brother that we know. When you are in his home you are family, there will be clean clothes and a meal to eat. He has the biggest heart. Not only is Jason going to be out of work during his healing process, but his wife Kabrina as well while she stands beside him during this time. For anyone that knows Jason-you know how tough it will be for him to not be driving his semi down the road, let alone washing and polishing it daily. I am sure they are going to shake their heads at us, but at this point anything will help this entire process.

Jason did have surgery this morning to repair two of his ribs which went well. The surgeon was unable to fix one due to it being up too far and misplaced to repair. He is stable & resting. We will continue to update throughout his healing process.

At the end of the day we are so thankful to still have him earth side with us, we are thankful for the medical team, and all of the support/prayers from friends and family.
