Jason Johnson and Family

Donation protected
On September 11, Jason was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident while riding his Yamaha with friends at a local motocross track. He was airlifted to Navicent in Macon where he remained in ICU until September 16. His most severe injury was a burst fracture at L1. He had surgery to fuse L1 and release the compression of the spinal cord. The spinal cord injury has left him with paralysis below his waist. The doctors have been encouraged by early signs of feeling returning to his feet. He has been approved as a patient at Shepherd Center in Atlanta as soon as there is a vacancy.

Jason's immediate medical and personal needs are secure. We are establishing this GoFundMe Account because of the many requests we have received from Jason's tremendous support group of friends, co-workers, and family. These funds will be available to Seth, Stanton, and the family traveling to see Jason at Shepherd's. We have been given no estimate or even a vague idea of how long he will remain at Shepherd's because not even our medical professionals know. We also do not know how long his total recovery will take. But as his nurses and doctors are seeing and we already know (because we know Jason), we are all in this Full Throttle.

Thank you for all your love, support, and prayers, and know that we love all of you and are humbled by your messages and prayers.
