Hello, we are trying to help our friend Jason Lively with his medical expense and future expenses his family will incur. Jason has been recently diagnosed with last-stage kidney and liver failure. Jason is not able to work and has been sent home with hospice and his family to care for him.
Jason is 40 years old; his wife's name is Ashley and they have a son, Hunter, who is 18 and a daughter named Chloe, who is 16. Jason is Ashley's high school sweetheart and their 20th anniversary is in November. Hunter will be graduating high school in a couple of weeks. Jason has delivered and installed appliances for over 20 years. He recently had to change positions to working in the warehouse due to declining health and cannot work now.
100% of the donated money will go directly to Jason and his family for medical expenses since he does not have medical insurance. It will also be used for living expenses since there is no income. Also, due to him not being able to work, he no longer has life insurance and the family will need help with that as well.
We are asking you to please donate to this family. ANY AMOUNT, even a $1.00 will add up and help them. Jason has worked hard his whole life and this illness has hit Jason and his family and friends hard. Please keep Jason and his family in your prayers.
