Jason Maudlin's Memorial Fund

As many of you know, the unexpected and tragic passing of Jason on May 7th has left a large hole in the hearts of everybody he touched. In this difficult time, loved ones have stepped forward to offer their support in such a way that has shown the true impact Jason had in all of our lives.

My name is Maritza and I had the privilege of being one of Jason's many co-workers at Vancouver Clinic Urgent Care. With Jason's mom, Kim's, blessing, I have created a memorial fund to aid Jason's 3 beautiful children. We want to honor Jason's memory and pay tribute to the amazing father, son, nurse, friend, and overall human being that he was in his short time here on Earth.
