Jason Renteria Memorial Fund
If you knew Jason Renteria, you loved him. Father, husband, friend, & coach are just a few of the titles he excelled at.
Jason was a huge part of the community through youth sports & assisting many young athletes in their dreams to play in college. He volunteered endless hours coaching & mentoring & impacted many by teaching not just sports but important life lessons.
Jason's family always came first though. Working hard to provide a wonderful life for his 3 children & his wife of 26 years; his high school sweetheart. He traveled the country coaching & watching his little girl play softball & then had the chance to watch her attend college at The Ohio State University, where she is currently going into her Junior year. He coached both of his son's teams & was always their biggest fan. His oldest son will enter his senior year of high school & his youngest will enter 6th grade. The love of his life since high school, Kristi, is holding onto her children as they all learn to live without the most important person in their daily lives.
Jason left this earth & all of us who loved him dearly on August 13, 2021. His children, wife, family & friends will miss his larger than life presence & his infectious smile.
Jason was a friend to many. He was the kind of guy that made friends easily & he kept those friends through his lifetime. Jason has been my friend most of my life. I, along with so many, have had a larger than life, loving, selfless friend taken too soon. Many of his friends have asked how they can help & so I ask on behalf of his wife & children for donations.
Please give what you can to help for his final farewell during this very painful time. No amount will lessen the heartbreak. 100% of your gift will go to his wife. I will pay the fees from GoFundMe to ensure she receives each and every penny that you give. The funds will go directly to his wife, who is in charge of making her husband's funeral arrangements & providing a gathering party for all of those that want to celebrate his life & share their memories of him with each other.
