Jason Roth Delinquent Tenant Legal Fees & Damage

Dear friends, family, and compassionate individuals,

We are raising money to help Jason Roth regain his property. Jason needs support to fund legal fees in his battle against an extremely delinquent tenant and to restore any damage that may be caused to his property. Any funds raised in excess of the target amount will be donated to support affordable housing.

As featured twice on KIRO 7 News, Jason's tenant has not paid rent and utility bills for nearly a year, all while simultaneously listing the basement of Jason's house on Airbnb and generating income. The case is currently in process in a Seattle eviction court, but the tenant has received an extension, pushing the next court date to March 2024, after the current lease has terminated.
