Jason's Funeral and Memorial Expenses

Jason was a loving son, brother, and father.  He loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar. He was an amateur poet, songwriter, and musician. He often spent time in nature, taking long walks and rising early to enjoy the sunrise. After receiving a terminal diagnosis due to advanced small cell lung cancer, Jason didn't stay down for long. He quickly resolved that he would make the most of the very limited time he had left. He moved from Arizona back to Illinois so that he could spend his final months near family and long-time friends. His passing was sudden nonetheless. He called our Mom Tuesday night and was planning to move to the nursing home she worked at the next day. He was on his feet Wednesday morning, but suddenly becam e unresponsive. We are so grateful that family was able to be with him when he passed. He left this earth at 11:53 a.m., Wednesday, June 10th. Mom and stepdad, Janet and Ted; father, Kenneth; brothers Justin, Jacob, Jeremy, Jared, David, and Eric; children James, Lisa, and Jesse; and grandmother Penny greatly appreciate your support during this difficult time.  The global pandemic is a burden to all. We hope that any gift you can make will allow us to meet Jason's funeral needs and allow us to place a fitting memorial for him when loved ones are able to once again gather more freely. Flowers or memorial donations may also directed to our mother, Janet Muncy. We are doing all we can to support her during this time of profound grief.
