Jason Smith has recently been faced with the news of a type of blood cancer - Multiple myeloma.
Like most of us, his annual leave and sick leave are quite limited. He has all the regular commitments of a typical family man - kids, mortgage and a food bill that’d equal an African nation’s GDP!
There is no doubt there’s going to be treatment related costs beyond simply losing earnings and travel.
He’s been a huge fundraiser for my family when my son needed help - running a marathon for him. It’s time to pay him back!
We are going to walk from Junee to Jerrabomberra on a weekend in October (Fri 11th - Sun 13th). We’ll need heaps of walkers to share the load and we’ll need your help to make the weekend a financial success.
