Why I'm fundraising

Jason's life is hanging in the balance right now due to internal bleeding. Jason was attempting to repair a street sweeper when his clothing was caught on the machine. The driver of the street sweeper was unaware of Jason's position in relation to the vehicle and began to move the vehicle. Jason was dragged at least 20 feet before being grabbed by the rotating broom and sucked underneath the street sweeper where he was then run over. His injuries are extensive;

Right Fibula Head Fracture

Rt Lliac Fracture

Right Sacral Fracture

Fracture at S3 and S5

Crushed Pelvis

He is in a medically induced coma at this time for pain control. His leg is pinned to provide stability to the pelvis.
