Jason Whipple Saw Replacement & General Help
Donation protected
On Feb.19 while getting ready for work, I discovered my table saw was missing from my employers shop along with several other things. They filed a report with the Sheriff's department and told me they would see what they could do about getting my saw replaced. Later on that day I would also learn that some test results I had done came back positive for cancer and I would need to start treatment very soon.
One month later my supervisor still has no answers about the saw. All I get is excuses and it's very obvious the company isn't going to replace it. In fact, I have now been let go due to time missed involving my treatments.
I've been asked to make a few things for people. These are small craft type jobs that I can do at my own pace and don't require me to travel. It's not a lot of money but a few jobs like these every month would certainly help keep the lights on while I go through the necessary treatment for the next 4 to 6 months. Unfortunately I need that table saw to do this work and I'm in no position to come up with $600 to replace it. If funds exceed the $600 amount it will be used to help keep up with bills while my wife starts a new job and I get going on the craft work.
I wouldn't normally think to reach out to friends in such a public way but I've had many ask me to put this together so they can help out in this time of need. I truly appreciate everyone for the prayers and positive thoughts no matter if you're able to give or not. I will get through this.
