Jason Wilhelm Memorial

Donation protected
Jason Wilhelm passed away March 19th after a diagnosis on March 10th of Ampullary Cancer. With this rare, aggressive form of cancer, the prognosis was 6 months but within a couple of days of his diagnosis, Jason learned that the cancer had spread rapidly since an initial scan in late February.

Jason is survived by his wife, Amanda, and four children (19, 15, 6 & 3). Jason was 45, healthy & fit; his diagnosis & sudden passing have left the family in extreme shock. His children & wife are completely heartbroken.

Jason's family describes him as a jokester who always made people laugh. More importantly, he is remembered as a man of God who tried to find the best in every situation. He will be missed as the strong, kind-hearted protector and provider for his family.

Any donation you can contribute is greatly appreciated by Applied & Jason's family. Your prayers are also coveted during this time. We know that those who worked with Jason, those who are fellow inspectors or in the O&G industry, as well as friends and family, may want an opportunity to contribute, so please feel free to share this page with them.

Arrangements are pending and updates will be available as soon as possible.

Thank you for honoring Jason's memory by helping his wife & children during this difficult time.
