Jason's 100 Mile Race for the Red Cross
Tax deductible
I'm raising money to benefit American Red Cross, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
I've been training since September 2020 by running, hiking, walking and pulling a sled to prepare for the Susitna 100 race,
a 100 mile winter ultra marathon race that I'll complete (hopefully) on February 19th and 20th. Hundreds of hours and well over a thousand miles later, I'm ready to do this. I'd like my effort to count for more than just my own personal satisfaction of racing. If you are inspired by people doing hard things, pushing themselves to the limit, and overcoming challenges, I'm here to ask a favor. Please help me raise funds for the Red Cross! They help people all over the country in many different capacities from home fires to natural disasters. I'm a Red Cross volunteer and have trained to be a disaster mental health worker. I plan to put my skills to use to help people in Alaska and other locations in the United States deal with the mental health impacts of experiencing a disaster.
