Jasper Fires (care of LeBlanc Family)
Donation protected
Our dear friends in Jasper lost their home to the Alberta wildfires on July 24, 2024 and we are feeling helpless. Marc and Megan LeBlanc and their two children, Theodore and Penelope have been loyal residents and business owners of Jasper for many years. During those years they have cared for their community, worked honestly and tirelessly, and have impacted many lives. They have done all of this while opening their doors regularly to friends, strangers and acquaintances to whom they have showcased Jasper with pride. They are the kind of neighbors we all wish for.
We are reaching out to family, friends, and friends of friends to generate what resources we can to help them get back on their feet. They are devastated by the loss of their beautiful home but they love Jasper and are determined to rebuild. They have assured us that they will be okay but we want to make sure that they know they are not alone.
Marc and Megan are trying to support their community, including the staff of their business, the Liquor Lodge, and we would also like to support them in that.
We are very proud of the LeBlancs and all of the Jasperites who handled this crisis with such honor and courage.
Please give what you can - no donation too small, kind words of support are also most welcomed.
On behalf of all friends and family of the LeBlancs, representing from West to East (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Saint John, etc.), with love,
