Like family, Joyce needs your assistance

To the friends, family and customers that have become family at Java's Brewing:

If you know Joyce and Zev, you know they are an integral part of the Charlotte/Waxhaw community.

One day Joyce woke up with extreme abdominal pain, and she decided to go to the doctor. After reviewing her scan, the doctor informed her that she would need to see her OBGYN.

 

After countless doctor appointments, tests and a trip to Atrium, Joyce has been diagnosed with stage three ovarian cancer.

 

Joyce is not only a loving mother, daughter, wife, sister, aunt, niece, and friend but a master baker. (Joyce graduated from the Culinary Institute of America) She makes all those delicious pastries with her husband Zev at Java's Brewing.

 

If you’ve ever been to Java’s Brewing, you walk in the door as a customer and leave as part of the Java's  Brewing family. When you walk into Java’s you immediately feel the comfort of home and feel like you can relax and enjoy a homemade muffin or sandwich while sipping delicious coffee as if you were in your family room.

 

Joyce and Zev need not only prayers and positive thoughts but financial assistance to be able to support Joyce during this challenging journey.
