Javier Chavarin's Recovery

Hi my name is Anna Esposito and on October 13, 2023, my friend and your neighborhood HVAC superman suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. Javier spent 4 days in the ICU and 5 days in north-wing of Good Samaritan Hospital. He was then transported to Marion Joy Rehabilitation Hospital to begin therapy for approximately 3 weeks. Although he is finally at home, he has limited mobility on the right side of his body and is dependent upon a wheelchair at this time. Him and his family are adjusting to this life changing event as best as possible.

Javier is a husband, father, and grandfather. He is also an active member of his community showing care and kindness to all those he comes across. Javier has grown up in Westchester, raised his family in Westchester and has been committed to helping those whenever possible. There is a special place in Javier’s heart for Westchester and all its residents. He has been receiving cards, texts, messages and prayers from his community and friends. Javier is grateful for all the support and love he has been receiving from everyone. I have personally known Javier for about fourteen years. In that time, I have seen him be selfless with his time and help. He has always been the first one to step up and lend a hand and has made house calls on holidays, early in the mornings and late at nights.

Javier recently started a new job and was not with the company long enough to qualify for short-term or long-term disability. The only income his family currently has is from his wife. As you can imagine with the new medical bills coming in and loss of Javier’s income, this has put a difficult financial hardship on the family. Due to Javier’s willingness to always help a neighbor in need, I am now asking for your help! No donation is too small, and every penny can go to helping our friend Javier, who has always helped us.
