Support Jawan's dream! (He's 14)

Recently KOIN6 news did a segment on Jawan, who is only 14 years old and an incredibly talented artist. All the pictures shown here (see below) were drawn on his iPhone 5, using only his finger! Watch it here
I'll be quick! My son, who is only 14 years old is an incredibly talented artist. Being the proud mother, I began sharing his work on my personal Facebook page and in a group for other comic "nerds".
I was overwhelmed with all the support and words of encouragement he received via my posts and declarations of honorary aunties and uncles....lol. That, alone, would've been plenty to inspire him but when I received a message offering him a job, we both felt blessed. What most people didn't know was he drew on his iphone with his finger! I know, crazy right?
Through the generosity of friends, family and the comic community we were able to raise enough money to get him a tablet!
Now, we'd love to make one of his dreams come true and get him a booth at Rose City Comic Con in September 2016! This would help cover the cost of a booth, printing and mounting his work and display materials.
This would be such an asset to his future as young artist but the support would be the best part. Our young people need to be encouraged, engaged and shown they have value. Coming from mom it's expected. Coming from others.....it's magical.
(a panel from issue 1 of the comic he's been hired to color)
(pin up from the comic series)
I want to thank everyone who has ever said a kind word or shared his work.
The first 25 people who gave will receive a hard copy of the comic series he has been hired to color. (issue 1) Everyone after that will get an 8x10, signed print! You never know, it could be worth something one day :-)
Eventually he wants to have his own comic series!
