Jax Emergency vet care costs

I'm Katie, Jax, my Cocker is 3, he's my best friend. A few days ago he ate something poisonous and was very quickly violently ill. Our brilliant local vet couldn't treat him and he was transferred to the Queen Mother Animal hospital who kept him alive. His heart was weak and he was critically ill. Thankfully he's on the road to recovery.

He is insured but only for the first £1,000, family have already paid another £2,600 and somehow I need to find another £3,000, maybe more for.immediate vet bills. I work, I don't drink or smoke but with the cost of living I don't have savings. I know money is tight, but if you can spare a few quid to help Jax I'll be forever grateful.
