Jaxon's Joyful Journey

Jaxon, son of Richard and Sandie (Bronson) Bellwoar,has been diagnosed with several life altering medical conditions. Among them are hypotonia, microcephaly, hearing loss, FPies, EoE, and hyperinsulinimia. The hypotonia (low muscle tone) and microcephaly (small brain) affect the way his brain communicates with his muscles, leaving Jaxon with many gross motor difficulties and delays. FPies (Food Protein Induced Entercolitis Syndrome) and EoE (Eosinophillic Esophagaitis) are both rare and complex delayed food allergies of the esopagus and gut. Jaxon is fed via a G-tube through his stomach 16 hours a day. In Jaxon's short 18 months of life, over 5 months collectively have been spent in and out of hospitals, bouncing between doctors. The doctors are still searching for Jaxon's primary diagnosis, resulting in many expensive genetic blood tests.
Richard is a Captain with the Seaville Fire company, works full time with Atlantic City Electric Co. and is a Firefighter with the 177th FW New Jersey Air National Guard. Sandie is a stay at home mother of 4 beautiful children.
Jaxon's friends and family are looking to raise awareness and support, as well as funds for Jaxon's medical expenses and equipment. Donations to Jaxon's Joyful Journey will help accrued and ongoing medical expenses, equipment and travel to specialists.
