Jay Alan Payne

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jay Alan Payne

On Sunday, December 17th, Jay suffered a heart attack and was being treated at a local hospital in Osage Beach. He then had a stroke on Wednesday, December 20th.

Jay passed away peacefully on December 21st, 2023 at 2:10am at Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach, Missouri with his sons by his side.

Jay touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed. Visitation for Jay will be held on January 5th from 10am to noon at the Langsford Funeral home in Lees Summit, Missouri followed by burial at 1pm at Highland Park Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas. The family is raising money to help with the costs of funeral and memorial expenses. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
