Jay Goes To Cosmetology School

Hey, y'all--Jay here! It's been a wild, many-job journey to get to this decision, but I have decided to pursue a career in Cosmetology!

Anyone who knows me knows my love for vibrant hair and kick-ass nails. I have always been fascinated by the art of cosmetology. It's not something I've talked about in-depth, but something that I've always thought about pursuing. In my cosmetology career, I hope to make sure I have experience working with all hair and skin types, and to be a person queer folx feel safe going to. Who knows, maybe this will turn into me owning a salon :).

I've found a great program that covers hair, esthetics, and nails. However, due to my financial constraints right now, pursuing this educational career is out of reach.

That's why I am turning to my community and asking for your support in making this goal happen. Your donations will help cover tuition, fees, textbooks, and supplies, allowing me to focus on my studies and acquire the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the industry.

I'm hoping to have the money as soon as I can, but at least by the start of the July classes, which is within the first week!
