Rest In Peace Jay McNelly

Jay McNelly has suddenly gained his wings at the young age of 42 leaving behind his devoted wife Lindsey & 4 small children. He has no life insurance and his family is dealing with the tragic loss while figuring out the financial aspect of putting his body to rest.
