For those who were fortunate enough to meet Jay, they would know that he was one of the sweetest, wittiest, and most selfless souls you would come across in your lifetime.

Jay had many aspirations in life. He wanted to pursue a career in fashion design, travel the world, and eventually settle down in a house surrounded by nature.

Jay had many interests, some that included hiking, sewing, collecting Power Ranger figures, and game nights with friends.

Jays memory will be carried on. He encouraged us to not be afraid to follow our dreams, and to value every moment spent with friends and family. Although his life was short-lived, he made an impact that would last forever in our hearts.

We love you Jay, and we hope that you're resting easy. Although our time with you was short, we're blessed to know we have the most beautiful guardian angel watching over us now.

All donations received will go directly to the Salazar family to help memorialize the life that Jay lived.
