Jay's Memorial Fund

It is with a very saddened and heavy heart that I share the unfortunate news of the loss of our dear friend Jay (Julio).  Jay will be missed by so many of his friends and family that were close to him and will be remembered for his very loving, caring, giving and kind spirit. Jay will be remembered for his charismatic and infectious smile. If you knew Jay, you would know that he very rarely used the word "No" when it came to helping others and being completely selfless. I have put together this fundraiser for the family and his children to help with memorial services and want all of his friends and family to know that even on his way out, till his last breath he continued to help others. That we honor him, in his decision in being an organ donor. Jay was able to give 4 organs to 4 complete strangers and saved 4 lives in his passing.  Our dear friend has done his part on this earth. Now it is our time as his friends and family to help with laying him to rest. We love you Jay! You will always and forever be in our hearts.
