Help our Jordan Youth Baseball Organization support the Historic Jordan Mini Met
The Mini Met is central to the identity and landscape of our beautiful city. Todd Mueller’s chapter on the Mini Met in his book Town Ball Parks states it well: “If there ever was a baseball deity…he would have looked down upon the City of Jordan, set aside his beer, and precisely placed the Mini Met into this small and scenic parcel of land, creating one of Minnesota’s crown jewels of amateur baseball.” Ask anyone what Jordan is known for, and The Mini Met will be the answer you most often hear. Drive by the Mini Met on almost any summer evening or weekend afternoon, and you’ll see the pride of Jordan on full display as teams take the field. Stop by hours before games, and you’ll see visiting teams and fans arriving early, walking through every part of our historic stadium, capturing pictures and memories. A visiting player in the 2021 season noted, “life can get in the way of making it to games, but I would never miss our road game in Jordan and the opportunity to play in the Mini Met.” Our Mini Met is truly a gift and a legacy for our proud city, and the current generation of supporters of Jordan Baseball and the Community of Jordan is now up to bat. It is our turn to give back to ensure that our field and this legacy remain the crown jewel it is known to be.
Our Vision
