This is a fund for Jay Boward's medical expenses.
Jay was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma & Plasma Cell Leukemia in October of 2014. He was taken to OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington on October 25th and transferred to Northwestern Medicine in Chicago on November 4th (his 53rd birthday) to undergo chemotherapy.
Jay is a funny, caring, hard-working man who loves his family and NASCAR. His hopes are high for recovery, and so are the hopes of everyone that knows him.
As of today, November 17, Jay has been in the hospital for 23 days. This fund has been set up for those who have asked where they can send monetary donations to help the family or donate to Jay's medical expenses. We thank everyone for all of the support and prayers through this journey. We can't wait to bring him home!
