Jay Briggs Fund

To know Jay Briggs is to love him.  He is a son, a brother, a father, an uncle and a friend - a friend to many.  His internal good mood and quick wit makes him the epicenter of fun and laughter.  If you are around Jay, there's a great chance that you're having a good time.  I love being around Jay.  A lot of people will say the same thing.
