Jayda's Hope

Hope Ralph is a colleague of mine. She is a Pittsford Native and currently lives in Rutland Town with her 3 children. She is kind, caring, generous and goes out of her way to help the children and staff that she works with. Hope’s daughter, Jayda Page, was born with a congenital heart defect. At sixteen, Jayda has had three previous heart surgeries and now needs a fourth surgery.

Hope will be out of work for six weeks during Jayda’s hospital stay and outpatient recovery. Hope’s leave time has been exhausted taking Jayda to medical appointments causing her to take time off without pay. Hope’s family relies on her income for all living expenses.

We are asking for your help for Hope and Jayda. Funds raised will be used to cover household expenses, meals, travel and accommodations for the two weeks that Hope will be with Jayda in Boston and the following four weeks that she will be at home providing care.
