Jayden (Jaybuckets) Griswold & Family

Hello! I'm doing a fundraiser for my Grandson Jayden Griswold (my daughter Brooke's son) and their family.

Jayden, my first born grandson who is near and dear to everyone's heart was diagnosed with Testucular Cancer July of 2022. Since his diagnoses he's undergone a Orchiectomy (testicle/tumor removal), port placement, 4 rounds of Chemotherapy, and a major surgery (rplnd) to remove a couple of "active" lymph nodes. After receiving one clean report shortly after his last surgery, we were given a devastating blow when the second scan and bloodwork showed that the cancer was back.

Jayden will now have to receive 4 rounds of TIP Chemotherapy along with 2 stem cell/bone marrow transplants.

Jay started the 1st round of TIP chemotherapy on June 20th and will remain in the hospital for his 5 day regimen. The 2nd round will look a lot like this in 2 weeks.

The last 2 rounds will require the bone marrow/stem cell to be prepared and extracted before the 3rd and 4th round of treatment can take place. Once he's ready for transplant he and his mom will have to travel and stay close to the new hospital as this is a different team of Doctors. TIP chemotherapy will resume for 5 days and stem cell transplant will take place on day 6. He will receive 2 rounds of this protocol.

Needless to say, this family has taken so many hits! The new treatments will be much more intense and require a lot more time away from work, travel/lodge, out of pocket medical expenses, and a lot of unknown expenses at this time.
